Introduction

The fourth phase of the Ahlehadith Andolan Bangladesh's program for revitalization focuses on three main areas to advance religious education and societal development. The first is education reform, where a significant step was taken in 1998 under the central education department of the Ahlehadith Andolan Bangladesh. The Ahlehadith Madrasa Education Board was established, and policies were formulated in this regard. On November 24 of the same year, the first meeting of the board was held in Darul Imarat, Nawdapara, Rajshahi, where several madrasas in the country participated. However, after the imprisonment of Professor Dr. Muhammad Asadullah Al-Ghalib in a fabricated conspiracy case, the board's activities were temporarily suspended.

In 2017, the Bangladesh government made efforts to recognize Kawmi madrasas and granted recognition to the Befaqul Madaris, a conglomerate of six Qawmi boards, including the Dawra-e-Hadith. Recognizing the need for central regulation and support for Ahlehadeeth Madrasas in the country, there arose a widespread demand for the formation of an education board. In response, Professor Dr. Muhammad Asadullah Al-Ghalib took the initiative to reinvigorate the board's operations and appointed responsible individuals, providing them with necessary guidance. As a result, on January 10, 2019, the board resumed its activities under the new name "Hadeeth Foundation Education Board," quickly gaining recognition across the country.

Under the board's supervision, a dedicated curriculum, syllabus, and annual academic plan have been published. Textbooks are regularly published from kindergarten to the fifth grade in accordance with the plan. Additionally, educational materials such as class diaries and Hifz diaries are also made available for the convenience of students. The board has launched its own website, and both central and regional teacher training programs are ongoing. Furthermore, the board has established the "Teacher Training Institute" to facilitate the recruitment of qualified teachers in various institutions.
